Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it ships.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipping. Our items ship from partner warehouses, so if you order more than one item, your pieces may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and address.

Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show updates.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and holiday volume. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email us and we'll look into it.

Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first. Then email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll try to fix it before the order ships.
